In many states, your license can be suspended after one or more specific types of more serious violations such as reckless driving, extreme DUI, etc. In states that have points system, after a certain amount of points (depending on the state you live in), your license can be suspended for frequent speeding tickets. You would have to investigate your state law. However, if it is suspended it may be possible to have provisional driving allowances such as getting to work. You should ultimately consult with a Traffic Ticket Attorney in your state if you may be facing a license suspension for speeding.
If you have recieved a Traffic Violation and would like to attempt fighting the charge, or reducing the penalties and avoiding license suspension, contact a Traffic Ticket Attorney today.
