I have been having an argument with my brother about, driving on suspended license or being caught driving on a suspended license, he does not think you can get in any more trouble if you ge caught driving with a suspended license, I say you can. What is the law?

Some jurisdictions prescribe jail time for persons who are repeat offenders when it comes to driving on a suspended license. Some traffic violations are classified as felonies. Having a felony conviction on your record can have far reaching consequences. Finally, a person who knowingly allows a person with a suspended license drive their car can lose insurance coverage if that person has an accident in their car.
