Texas Traffic School

You are driving through town and you are distracted. You speed past a stop sign and luckily you don't collide with a car speeding from the other direction. Unfortunately, a police officer was sitting nearby and saw what you did. You know if you get a ticket your insurance rates will increase and your driving record will be marred with points. Since the police officer saw you run the stop sign, is there any way you can get out of paying this ticket?

Some traffic judges will dismiss a violation if you attend a Texas traffic school. The state has hundreds of schools, many of them are online. You can take a course on defensive driving or on the rules of the road. Most of the classes are six hours. Before you sign up for a Texas traffic school, contact the judge in your case. You need his or her approval before attending.
