If you are carrying a weapon pursuant to a legal permit, you should disclose the location of both your weapon and your permit. The police officer will ask you for your license and registration, and perhaps your insurance card. If you cannot reach these items, advise the police officer where they are located, and provide them to the police officer. If you have been pulled over by the police for a traffic violation, you are likely to receive an informal warning or a formal ticket, which may require payment of a fine and/or a court appearance.
